Winston Retail is seeking a passionate, detail-driven apparel merchandiser to bring fashion to life at the store level. You will ensure clothing is styled, organized, and presented to reflect brand identity and attract shoppers, working hands-on in stores to create a polished, trend-forward shopping experience.

Responsibilities include executing planograms, developing merchandising strategies, and reporting with the Winston App on mobile devices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in apparel merchandising or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with mannequins (assembling, updating, and styling) is desirable.
• Familiarity with planograms and visual directives is essential.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that align with company standards.
• Execute planograms to optimize product placement and maximize sales with apparel and hardline merchandise.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management regarding merchandising needs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in different store settings.
• Manage monthly scheduling to ensure store visits and merchandising deliverables are completed by assigned deadlines.
