Job summary

Hybrid Promotions LLC is seeking an Assistant, Account Management in Cypress, CA. You will work closely with the Senior Account Manager to manage orders, licenses, samples, and package logistics for key accounts.

This temporary role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to follow up across departments to ensure on-time delivery. You will coordinate license approvals, sample requests, and packaging tasks while maintaining accurate records and communication with internal teams and

Qualifications

BA or AA in a fashion-related field preferred.
1–2 years’ experience in account management within the apparel industry.
Detail oriented and very organized.
Proficient with MS Office and Excel; comfortable with multiple programs.
Able to work in hectic environment and meet deadlines.
Must be self-motivated and able to work with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

Assist Senior Account Manager with orders and accounts.
License approvals: route line sheets for concept approval and check approval status.
Submit sample requests and coordinate with domestic/import teams.
Prepare and send samples (PP/TOP) with required tags.
Prep and send development worksheets and costings for accounts.
Keep logs and track packages with AM.
