You will assist in order management and showroom operations, communicate with customers about orders and shipping, and coordinate with distribution, inventory, and returns teams to ensure smooth processing.

Job description

The Assistant Sales Account Manager will assist the account manager with multiple accounts while managing all sample requests and executing sales reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of order management and the operations of the sales department
• Assist in all aspects of the sales process including showroom management, market preparation and administrative support
• Communicate daily with customers regarding current orders, shipping, current sales, changes in delivery schedules, future orders, etc
• Communicate with distribution, inventory and returns department
