Anthropologie is seeking an Associate Digital Merchandiser to own the digital strategy for our apparel business. You will translate category and trend insights into a compelling online shopping experience across site and app, while leading strategy, testing, and cross-functional partnerships.

You will manage an Assistant Merchandiser and drive category storytelling, site optimization, and campaign execution with a data-driven mindset.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of ecommerce or digital merchandising experience.
• Ability to translate data into strategic merchandising decisions.
• Demonstrated leadership potential; prior mentoring preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Own the digital merchandising strategy for assigned apparel categories.
• Lead category storytelling, trend shops, and seasonal concepts.
• Set and oversee site strategy: content, navigation, gateways, and onsite search.
• Partner on SEO and attribution updates to ensure product is easy to find.
• Own customer touchpoint strategy for emails, app, and SMS; lead campaigns end to end.
• Deliver weekly category reporting and ad hoc analysis; monitor performance daily.
• Manage, develop, and mentor an Assistant Merchandiser; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
