Anthropologie, part of URBN, seeks an Associate Digital Merchandiser to own the online strategy for its apparel business. You will translate trends into category storytelling, drive site experience, and manage an Assistant Merchandiser responsible for daily execution.

Responsibilities include category ideation, site-wide strategy, SEO collaboration, and end-to-end campaign ownership across email, app, and SMS. Strong analytics and cross-functional partnership are essential.

Competenze

• Minimum 3+ years of eCommerce or digital merchandising experience.

• Own the digital merchandising strategy for apparel categories.
• Lead category storytelling and seasonal concepts.
• Set site strategy including content, navigation, filters, and onsite search.
• Oversee promo execution and daily product activations across site and email.
• Partner with Buying, Web Production, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Copy, and Design.
