Job summary

Anthropologie is seeking an Associate Digital Merchandiser to own the digital strategy for our apparel business, translating category and trend insight into a compelling online shopping experience across site and app.

You will lead category storytelling, optimize site experience, partner on SEO and messaging, and manage an Assistant Merchandiser while collaborating with Buying, Web Production, Digital Marketing, Analytics, Copy and Design to bring the merchandising vision to life.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in eCommerce or digital merchandising.
• Ability to translate data into merchandising decisions.
• Leadership potential; mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Proficiency with Google applications.
• Interest in apparel trends and Anthropologie brand.

Responsibilities

• Own the digital merchandising strategy for assigned apparel categories.
• Lead ideation for category storytelling, trend shops, and seasonal concepts.
