Anthropologie is seeking an Assistant Digital Merchandiser to help bring our digital brand vision to life, supporting site strategy, accurate product representation, merchandising, and a customer-centric online shopping experience.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and passionate about e-commerce, digital strategy, and retail trends. Collaboration with Merchandising, Marketing, and Web teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail e-commerce, digital merchandising, or site operations.
• Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and web analytics tools.
• Strong eye for product aesthetics aligned with Anthropologie brand identity.
• Excellent organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage product sorting and merchandising across subcategories to support merchandising strategies.
• Oversee site navigation filter attributes for optimal discovery and user journeys.
• Brief new categories and curate assortments for seasonal launches or campaigns.
• Review PDPs to identify merchandising opportunities and content gaps.
• Support on-site search optimization and related tasks.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Web Production, and Creative teams on new launches.
