Anthropologie is seeking an Associate Digital Merchandiser to drive online product presentation for home decor and furniture. You will shape digital strategy, storytelling, and site maintenance while guiding an Assistant Merchandiser to handle daily execution.

In this role, you will lead site merchandising, optimize PDPs, manage taxonomy and search, coordinate landing pages with marketing, and oversee product activations and inventory health. Philadelphia-based opportunity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related work experience.
• Ability to interpret data and make strategic merchandising decisions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Interest/knowledge of home interiors and Anthropologie brand.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Formulate overarching digital strategy and manage an Assistant Merchandiser.
• Site merchandising and layout optimization for PDPs and category pages.
• Manage site taxonomy, filters, and on-site search; improve SEO.
• Coordinate landing pages, gateways, and banners with marketing.
• Oversee daily product activations, campaigns, and inventory health.
• Develop website testing initiatives and analyze performance.
