Anthropologie is seeking an Assistant Digital Merchandiser to support the overarching site strategy, ensuring accurate merchandising and an engaging online shopping experience. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and a passion for e-commerce, digital strategy, and retail trends.

You will manage product sorting, PDP reviews, onsite search optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Web Production, and Merchandising teams to drive successful site

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in retail e-commerce, digital merchandising, or site operations (internship experience accepted).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Strong eye for product aesthetics aligned with the Anthropologie brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Product management & sorting of products across subcategories to support merchandising strategies and optimize conversion.
• Oversee site navigation filter attributes to ensure optimal product discoverability and smooth user journeys.
• Brief new categories and curate/pull assortments for upcoming seasonal launches or marketing campaigns.
• Review Product Detail Pages (PDPs) regularly to identify merchandising opportunities, content gaps, or visual enhancements.
• Assist the Associate Merchandiser in monitoring and optimizing onsite search terms, redirect rules, and zero-result queries.
• Conduct ongoing competitor research and market analysis to surface innovative digital merchandising ideas and trends.
