Responsibilities

• Monitor applications and respond to alerts, incidents and service requests.
• Perform first-level diagnostics using approved runbooks.
• Document evidence and escalate to L2/L3 teams.
• Support release checks, shift handovers and operational reporting.
• Onsite coordinator for offshore.
• Conduct RCA and implement solutions as part of L1.
