Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in New York City seeks a capable Support Engineer to monitor applications, respond to alerts, and handle incidents and service requests. The role emphasizes runbook-based diagnostics, accurate documentation, and timely escalation.

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• In addition Support Engineer should be able to do the following
  • 1. Able to work in shifts.
  • 2. Play the role of onsite co-Ordinator for offshore
  • 3. Able to conduct RCA and provide and Implement solutions as part of L1 Support

Salary Range: $110,000-$120,000 a year
