Qualifications

• SQL Server (MSSQL) and PostgreSQL.
• REST API and integration troubleshooting.
• Monitoring and incident response (CloudWatch, Dynatrace, Splunk, or equivalent).
• 24x7 production support and on-call participation.

Responsibilities

• Seeking a senior, hands-on engineer to support and maintain a business-critical physical security and access management application hosted on AWS.
• The role will troubleshoot issues across the application, Angular/front-end, AWS services, databases, APIs, integrations, security, and reporting.
• The ideal candidate has strong enterprise application support experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and experience supporting cloud-based applications in production.
