Qualifications

• Significant professional experience designing and delivering self‑service, workflow, portal, knowledge‑management, chatbot, agent, or digital‑experience solutions.
• Experience integrating information, workflows, or services across multiple systems using APIs, connectors, automation platforms, workflow technologies, JSON, or comparable approaches.
• Experience translating user needs into practical digital experiences, automation solutions, service improvements, or business‑process outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design and build self‑service, conversational, and workflow‑driven experiences that improve how employees interact with Application Security services.
• Create guided request and intake experiences that help users provide complete and actionable information before work reaches Application Security teams.
• Integrate knowledge sources, service platforms, documentation repositories, and enterprise systems into cohesive digital experiences.
• Develop automation workflows that collect information, route requests, orchestrate approvals, and reduce manual effort while maintaining appropriate controls.
• Evaluate digital‑experience effectiveness through usage patterns, adoption metrics, unresolved questions, routing quality, and user feedback.
