Qualifications

• Requires at least 3 years working directly with children ages 4–9.
• At least 2 years teaching reading in grades K–3 within the last 5 years.
• On-site willingness with relocation support and US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Coach students through app-based core learning, diagnose gaps, and drive weekly goals.
• Lead short structured-literacy sessions with small groups, using a designed sequence.
• Maintain daily routines from launch to closing with a focus on progress.

Education

Bachelor's degree
