Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Prior experience in construction project coordination or assistant project management preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution
• Prepare and review project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports
• Conduct site visits to monitor work progress, safety compliance, and resolve issues as they arise
• Support procurement activities and track material deliveries
• Communicate effective with clients, consultants, and team members to ensure project alignment and transparency
