Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field from an accredited program and 5 years of applicable experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work in fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; collaborative, multi-discipline teamwork.
• Experience with Primavera Contract Manager or similar change-management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers on projects of varying complexity and manage smaller projects independently as needed.
• Coordinate with client, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders; track activities and communications.
• Maintain document control, databases, and project cost reporting; support scheduling and WBS.
• Administer RFP packages, bid processes, and develop scope of work documents for downstream contracts.
• Manage submittals, RFIs, field changes, invoices, and schedule changes; ensure contractual compliance.
• Contribute to project controls, budgeting, cash flow forecasts, and status reporting to stakeholders.
• Participate in risk reviews; liaise with legal as required; close out project documentation
• Adhere to safety programs and policies; support site safety performance.
