Job summary

Lilly Medicine Foundry in Indianapolis, IN, is seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support startup activities and bring manufacturing equipment into service. You will become an expert in your area (Small Molecule, Hybrid, or Biologics) and travel domestically and internationally to collaborate with sites that produce APIs.

Responsibilities include operating processes per batch records, ensuring safety and quality, and participating in daily shift huddles and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years API manufacturing experience required.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Operate processes and equipment per batch records and SOPs to meet production schedules.
• Daily monitoring, testing, and cleaning to maintain equipment per regulations.
• Apply HSE and GMP standards during manufacturing.
• Communicate issues and coordinate handovers between shifts.
• Collect data on equipment use and performance to anticipate failures.
