Job summary

Vialto seeks a Client Facing Tech Specialist to drive integration and reporting solutions for our clients. You will define requirements, transform and report mobility data, and deliver tech-enabled workflows to improve client experience and operations.

You will design tailored technical solutions, build data pipelines and ETL processes, and develop dashboards to provide actionable insights. This hybrid, full-time role is based in Campbell, CA, starting mid-January, with 3 days in-office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a STEM, Business, or Information Management related field.
• Experience designing data pipelines and ETL processes.
• Ability to design and customize reports and dashboards.

As a Client Facing Tech Specialist you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless integration of technology solutions for Vialto clients. In the role you will define integration and reporting requirements, work with systems and data to transform, integrate and report on mobility information to provide technology solutions to streamline processes. Your efforts in this area will ensure Vialto delivers comprehensive reporting and integration capabilities to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.

• Compensation: $65,000 - $90,000. Individual salaries are based on education, geographic location, and alignment to the market data.
