Wise in Austin, TX is seeking an API Integration Support Engineer to be the technical anchor for enterprise partners. You will test and debug REST APIs, interpret logs, and trace issues to source to ensure reliable integrations.

You will join a global 24/5 team spanning Austin, Tallinn, and Singapore, handling multi-channel support, incident response, and knowledge sharing to continuously improve the Wise Platform for partners.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of hands-on troubleshooting REST APIs and production systems.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs: testing, debugging, interpreting requests/responses, error codes.
• Familiarity with JSON, web authentication methods, and API documentation.
• Experience using IDEs and version control tools to investigate issues.
• Ability to troubleshoot production incidents, prioritize issues, and drive resolution with Engineering.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex technical issues to diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Multi-Channel Troubleshooting: support customers across email, chat, phone, and video.
• Technical Deep-Diving: test and debug Wise API and SWIFT products; trace issues from logs to source.
• Incident Response: be first responder during major incidents, coordinating with global teams.
• Knowledge Sharing: capture trends and feed data back to product and engineering for improvements.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with global teams to ensure seamless integration experience.
