Kard seeks a detail-oriented Support Specialist to be the primary contact for technical support requests from issuer and merchant partners. You will troubleshoot issues, validate transactions, and ensure smooth platform operations, using tools like Zendesk, Postman, and MongoDB.

The role involves owning requests from investigation to resolution, supporting API validation, and coordinating with Engineering. Remote-first environment with emphasis on accuracy and SLAs.

Formación

• 3–6 years of experience in technical support, applications support, or related roles.
• Strong troubleshooting of REST APIs using Postman or similar tools.
• Experience querying NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and prioritize incoming partner support tickets through Zendesk with timely responses.
• Troubleshoot technical issues using Postman, MongoDB, and internal tools to identify root causes.
• Escalate complex issues with clear documentation to Engineering or internal teams.
• Review and validate pending transactions against merchant terms and location data, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Investigate discrepancies and audits, applying corrections when needed.
• Assist onboarding/offboarding of issuer partners, including API validation and access management.
• Verify merchant information and support campaign setup through Kard Portal.
• Generate partner reports using Databricks and other tools.
