Kard Financial, Inc. is hiring a Data Support Analyst for our Data team. This fully remote role serves as the primary contact for ad-hoc data requests from Sales and internal teams, helping stakeholders access, understand, and troubleshoot required data outputs.

The ideal candidate brings 3–6 years in data analysis or BI, strong SQL skills, familiarity with Databricks or Count, and excellent spreadsheet abilities. A service-oriented approach and clear communication are essential.

Formación

• 3–6 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, analytics support, data operations, or a similar role.
• Strong SQL skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience with modern data and analytics tools; familiarity with Databricks or Count is a plus.
• Strong spreadsheet skills, including data validation, lookups, pivot tables, and general analysis.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear analytical requirements and explain findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a service-oriented approach to supporting internal teams.
• Experience supporting Sales or other go-to-market teams.
• Familiarity with CRM, pipeline, or revenue-related data.

Responsabilidades

• Identify recurring requests that can be addressed through reusable queries, reports, documentation, or self-service resources.

About the Role

Note: We are currently only able to hire candidates residing in India for this fully remote position.

Kard is looking for a detail-oriented, service-minded Data Support Analyst to join our Data team. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for ad-hoc data requests from Sales and other internal teams, helping stakeholders access, understand, and troubleshoot the data they need to work effectively.

The Data Support Analyst will use SQL, Databricks, Count, spreadsheets, and other internal tools to investigate questions, fulfill requests, resolve basic data issues, and support routine data operations. The ideal candidate is technically capable, responsive, and comfortable translating loosely defined business questions into accurate, useful data outputs.

Responsibilities:
