The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia is seeking an Apex Program Assistant to support mental health services at designated school locations. The role requires frequent travel using a company vehicle and collaboration with school staff to advance school-based behavioral health goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong interpersonal skills; attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel throughout the service area.

Responsibilities

• Schedule referrals for intake and follow up as needed.
• Assist Apex Program Manager with re-engagement of non-compliant families.
• Travel monthly to Apex schools to discuss progress and report findings.
• Ensure therapists' weekly schedules are completed and submitted to scheduling.
• Collect data and assist in monthly programmatic reports.
• Provide in-person support to Apex therapists in assigned locations.
• Attend community meetings and present updates for the program.
• Assist in trainings and in planning monthly activities or campaigns.
