Job summary

Gateway Community Service Board is seeking a Program Manager for the Georgia Apex Program. This role oversees daily operations, clinical services, and staff across school-based behavioral health initiatives in chatham, effingham, and mIntosh counties, with potential expansion.

Flexible leadership and strategic development are key. The position requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, active Georgia licensure, and several years of post-licensure clinical and supervisory

Qualifications

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
Active, unrestricted Georgia license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
Post-licensure clinical experience: minimum 3 years.
Supervisory/program management experience: 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and day-to-day management of the Georgia Apex Program.
Oversee clinical operations, therapist productivity, caseloads, scheduling, and program performance across participating schools.
Develop program goals aligned with Apex grant requirements and Gateway's mission.
Ensure compliance with Apex grant requirements, policies, and applicable regulations; prepare reports.
Recruit, hire, onboard, supervise, and evaluate program staff; collaborate with school systems and community partners.
