Gateway Community Service Board is seeking a Program Manager for the Georgia Apex Program. This role oversees daily operations, clinical services, and staff across school-based behavioral health initiatives in chatham, effingham, and mIntosh counties, with potential expansion.

Flexible leadership and strategic development are key. The position requires a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field, active Georgia licensure, and several years of post-licensure clinical and supervisory

Formación

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted Georgia license: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
• Post-licensure clinical experience: minimum 3 years.
• Supervisory/program management experience: 2+ years preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership and day-to-day management of the Georgia Apex Program.
• Oversee clinical operations, therapist productivity, caseloads, scheduling, and program performance across participating schools.
• Develop program goals aligned with Apex grant requirements and Gateway's mission.
• Ensure compliance with Apex grant requirements, policies, and applicable regulations; prepare reports.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, supervise, and evaluate program staff; collaborate with school systems and community partners.
