Job summary

Community Service Board of Middle Georgia in Dublin, GA seeks a Program Assistant for the Apex Program to deliver mental health care services and support school staff. The role requires frequent travel by company vehicle to multiple schools and counties within the service area.

The candidate will assist with scheduling, referrals, data collection, and trainings, contributing to monthly program reports and program improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel throughout the service area.
• Previous secretarial/administrative experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule referrals for intake and follow up as needed.
• Assist Apex Program Manager in re-engaging non-compliant families.
• Travel to Apex schools monthly to discuss progress and report findings.
• Ensure therapists have weekly schedules submitted to scheduling team.
• Assist with data collection and monthly programmatic reports.
• Provide in-person support to Apex therapists at assigned locations.
• Attend community partner meetings and present updates.
• Assist in planning monthly activities and campaigns.
