Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related behavioral health field.
• Must possess an active, unrestricted Georgia license in one of the following: LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist.
• Minimum four (3) years of post-licensure clinical experience; supervisory or program management experience preferred.
• Experience in school-based behavioral health, community mental health, grant-funded programs, and Medicaid documentation preferred.
• Experience with grant management, program reporting, and performance metrics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and day-to-day management of the Georgia Apex Program.
• Oversee clinical operations, therapist productivity, caseloads, scheduling, and program performance.
• Develop program goals and initiatives aligned with Apex grant requirements.
• Coordinate program expansion and implementation in new schools and communities.
• Represent Gateway Community Service Board at school, community, regional, and state meetings.
• Ensure compliance with Apex grant requirements, policies, and regulations; monitor quality and reporting.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, supervise, mentor, and evaluate program staff; foster staff development.
