Qualifications

• Strong communication, organization and time management skills are essential.
• Prior sales experience in related fields is valuable (real estate, outside sales, B2B, retail, telecom).
• Proficient use of PC software including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with property managers.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals and event scheduling targets.
• Schedule events and execute marketing tactics to drive resident outreach.
• Pre-promote events and offers.
• Establish clear communication between clients and internal teams.
• Handle administrative duties including event recaps, finance management and inventory.
