Lawson is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to support our maintenance team in Virginia, ensuring smooth turnovers and a pristine appearance of all common areas for residents. The role blends hands-on cleaning with teamwork alongside the Maintenance Supervisor and staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to maintain a clean and neat appearance in common areas.
• Able to work 40 hours per week.
• Able to read labels and warning signs on cleaning chemicals.
• Strong communication and resident relations skills.
• Demonstrates good judgment, integrity and honesty.

Responsibilities

• Prepare vacant apartments and clean turnovers including appliances, windows, floors, bathrooms, kitchens and fixtures.
• Clean rental office, laundry, pool restrooms and other common areas daily.
• Assist maintenance staff as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
