Princeton Management is hiring a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness in our apartment complex, including common areas, lobbies, and hallways. You will restock supplies, assist with vacant units, and ensure a welcoming environment for residents.

We seek someone who can work independently, pay close attention to detail, and communicate well with residents and team members. Safety and cleanliness are our priorities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or similar role.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and resident service skills.
• Knowledge of safe handling of cleaning products and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning duties in common areas and hallways.
• Clean and maintain entryways, lobbies, elevators, and shared spaces.
• Restock supplies in designated areas.
• Notify management of maintenance needs in common areas.
• Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Assist with cleaning needs in vacant units as required.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and address concerns.
