Job summary

LV Collective is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and presentation across community common areas and amenity spaces, including unit turns during move-ins. You will clean offices and bathrooms, vacuum and mop floors, and promptly report concerns to management.

Requirements include 1–2 years of housekeeping experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays. Safety and confidentiality are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional housekeeping experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with residents and team members.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, pushing, and pulling (up to 25 lbs.).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work a flexible schedule, including weekends/holidays as needed.
• Ability to complete all assigned tasks safely and effectively in accordance with OSHA standards and community expectations.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing positively to a team environment aligned with LV Collective Management values.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of office, amenity, and common areas as directed.
• Clean and sanitize common area bathrooms.
• Vacuum and mop floors in common areas.
• Spot clean walls, windows, doors, and high-touch surfaces.
• Dust furniture, empty trash, and clean fixtures.
• Assist with trash pickup and grounds cleanliness.
• Clean vacant units to ensure move-in readiness.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and restock as needed.
• Report safety or community concerns to management.
• Maintain professional communication with residents, vendors, and staff.
