Qualifications

• High School Diploma or college degree preferred.
• Four years of increasing property management responsibilities.
• Knowledge of both affordable and market rate housing.
• Industry training credentials authenticating rental housing program knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license, insured vehicle, and ability to travel between properties.

Responsibilities

• Manage rent increases, collections, and eviction processes.
• Market the property to attract residents and maintain curb appeal.
• Optimize financial and operational performance within affordable and market-rate programs.
• Oversee housing partner subsidy programs.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and cash.
• Ensure readiness for property inspections and compliance.
