Job summary
Tribute Properties is seeking a hands-on Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to lead on-site maintenance at Mallard Glen Apartments and Adam's Place Townhomes in Charlotte, NC. You will oversee daily operations, manage a maintenance team, and perform hands-on repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years of maintenance/PM experience, strong leadership, and HVAC/EPA certification. Excellent communication and a focus on safety and resident comfort are required.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in maintenance or property management, with leadership in multi-family environments preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance.
- Owns and can use basic hand and power tools, can lift heavy objects and climb ladders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily maintenance operations across on-site properties, ensuring high-quality repairs and timely inspections.
- Lead, train, and motivate the maintenance team to uphold company standards and resident satisfaction.
- Hands-on diagnosis and repair of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
