Job summary

Tribute Companies is seeking a hands-on Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee property maintenance for Mallard Glen Apartments and Adam's Place Townhomes in Charlotte, NC. You will lead a team responsible for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general upkeep to ensure high-quality, timely repairs and resident satisfaction.

You will inspect units coming online, schedule make-readies, and implement preventative maintenance programs while maintaining safety and compliance across two on-site

Qualifications

• 3+ years of maintenance or property management experience, multi-family environment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance; capable of leading a team.
• HVAC/EPA Certification required; must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations for on-site properties, ensuring high-quality repairs, installations, and inspections.
• Lead, train, and motivate the maintenance team to meet company standards and respond promptly to resident requests.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliance issues with hands-on oversight.
• Inspect new units and vacancies to determine make-ready needs and ensure quality turns for new residents.
• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to keep equipment and building systems operating safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a safe environment for residents and the maintenance team.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee Daily Operations : Manage all aspects of property maintenance , including repairs, installations, and routine inspections, with a focus on high quality and timely completion.


• Lead with Excellence : Lead, train, and motivate your team to maintain company standards, respond promptly to requests, and support an outstanding living experience.


• Hands-On : Diagnose and fix a wide range of areas, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool maintenance, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.


• Welcoming Spaces : Inspect new units that are coming online. Inspect all vacancies to determine make-ready needs and e nsure quality turns for our new residents by creating a welcoming and comfortable living space.


• Preventative Maintenance : Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program to ensure equipment, building systems, and amenities operate optimally and meet safety standards .


• Safety First : Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for our residents and your team members.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Knowledge : 3+ years of experience in maintenance or property management, with prior leadership experience in a multi-family environment preferred.


• Skills : Strong troubleshooting skills in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance; ability to lead and develop a team.


• Hands-On :You own and know how to use basic hand and power tools , can lift heavy objects, and climb ladders with ease.


• Certified : HVAC/EPA Certification required .


• Trustworthy : Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening .


• Work Ethic : Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented with a commitment to resident satisfaction and team excellence.

Pay:

The pay for this opportunity can vary and may range anywhere from$38 to $40 per hour.
