Job summary

Management Support's Lodge At Shavano Park in San Antonio, TX seeks an Apartment Manager to oversee leasing and maintenance teams for 334 units. You will supervise staff, ensure efficient daily operations, and collaborate with regional supervisors and central administration.

Compensation is based on experience and our anticipation of your performance. Pay rate starts from $68,000 per year. We are particularly looking for applicants who are confident that their management skills and personality will yield high productivity. Use your skills more profitably. Job responsibilities include:

• Supervise/manage large leasing and maintenance staff
• Ability to supervise while delegating authority and job functions
• Work well with both regional supervisors and central administration
• Familiarity with A/P & A/R processing
• Perform property and unit inspections
• Ability to handle both employee and resident issues respectfully and, when necessary, firmly

Qualifications:

• Five (5) years property management experience
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook
• Proficiency with apartment management software, RealPage a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to learn and follow written policy
• Stable work history
• Some college preferred
• Multifamily management certificates a plus
• Association & REIT Certificates a plus
• Current driver's license, with verifiable auto insurance.
• Bilingual (any language) a plus
