Qualifications

• Five years property management experience
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook
• Experience with RealPage is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Current driver's license with auto insurance

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage large leasing and maintenance staff
• Delegate authority and job functions
• Coordinate with regional supervisors and central administration
• Handle A/P and A/R processing
• Perform property and unit inspections
• Resolve employee and resident issues professionally
