Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Make Ready professional to efficiently prepare apartment units for new residents. You will perform turn repairs, touch-up painting, and general maintenance to ensure units meet quality standards.

The role requires basic trades knowledge, strong time management, and a customer-focused approach to service residents and managers while maintaining safety protocols.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of maintenance or related work preferred.
• Able to perform repairs, touch-up painting, and basic installations.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Follow the make-ready checklist to prepare units for move-in.
• Inspect and repair sheetrock; caulk and seal windows, sinks, toilets, showers; touch-up paint.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for tasks.
• Cut expenses by fixing rather than replacing parts and using resources wisely.
• Assist with curb appeal: cleaning, pressure-washing, painting as needed.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in safety trainings.
