Job summary

Winfield Property Management seeks a Make-Ready Technician to prepare vacant apartments for new residents in the Tulsa area. You will ensure units are cleaned, repaired, and maintained to high standards, contributing to positive resident experiences.

Responsibilities include painting, carpentry, plumbing/electrical checks, preventative maintenance, and on-call support. Strong time management, communication, and customer service with residents and vendors are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pool certification, EPA certification, HVAC certification, Fair Housing Training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs general painting, sheetrock and carpentry repair needs.
• Check, repair or replace plumbing, electric, appliances, HVAC, window coverings for repair or replacement needs.
• Conducts preventative maintenance.
• Performs general cleaning and trash out tasks at the property.
• Assists in property’s grounds repairs and maintenance.
• Performs general repairs onsite to protect property and residents.
• Works to refurbish residences prior to occupancy.
• On call for emergencies.
