Responsibilities

• Completes repairs and improvements to apartment homes prior to resident move-in following the make-ready checklist.
• Caulks and seals around windows, sinks, toilets, bathtubs, and showers as needed.
• Inspects sheetrock for damage and repairs/replaces as needed.
• Performs touch-up painting for vacant and occupied units.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; cleans and paints curbs and signage as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing instead of replacing parts and using materials efficiently.
• Completes make-ready checklist and maintenance documentation timely.
• Follows safety policies, attends safety meetings, and completes OSHA training as required.
• Provides customer service by addressing resident questions and promptly completing work orders.
