Qualifications

• Must have own tools.
• Minimum 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience.
• General maintenance and repair knowledge.
• Basic plumbing, electrical and carpentry abilities.
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
• English language proficiency.
• Valid ID, reliable transportation, and background check clearance.
