Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) is currently seeking Apartment Make Ready Technicians to support top apartment management companies. You will conduct inspections, perform painting, plumbing, electrical and appliance installation, ensuring units are ready for new residents.

Candidates should bring their own tools and demonstrate dependable work ethic. We offer weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and temp-to-hire opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of previous experience in maintenance, construction, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
• Knowledge of the English language.
• Must have valid I.D., reliable transportation, and pass a background check.
