Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in maintenance or related fields, own tools, and can handle basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. You must work well in a team, pass a background check, and be able to lift heavy objects.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance, construction, or related field.
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
• Knowledge of the English language.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Apartment Make-Ready/Punch Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing vacant apartment units for new residents and ensuring they meet our high standards of cleanliness and functionality. This includes performing minor repairs, touch-ups, and general maintenance tasks.

Job Duties

Make Ready Technicians - residential maintenance experience needed.

• Conduct thorough inspections of vacant units and identify necessary repairs or improvements.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation.
• Ensure all units are cleaned, functioning, and ready for occupancy by new residents.
