Candidates should have at least 1 year in multifamily maintenance, own tools, and be able to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry. We offer weekly pay and flexible scheduling to support reliable, hard-working team members.

Qualifications

• Must have your own tools.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous multifamily maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
• Knowledge of the English language.
• Must have valid I.D., reliable transportation, and pass a background check.

Responsibilities
