Job summary

Essential Staffing Solutions, LLC is hiring dependable Apartment Make Ready Technicians for temporary and temp-to-hire roles with top apartment management companies in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, including Euless. You will inspect vacant units, perform painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation to ensure units are clean and ready for occupancy.

Good communication and the ability to work independently are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of multifamily maintenance experience.
• Must have own tools.
• General maintenance and repair knowledge required.
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects.
• Knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) is hiring dependable, hard-working Apartment Make Ready Technicians for temporary and temp-to-hire opportunities with top apartment management companies. Prior apartment maintenance experience preferred.

Job Duties

• Conduct thorough inspections of vacant units and identify necessary repairs or improvements.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation.
• Ensure all units are cleaned, functioning, and ready for occupancy by new residents.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team and property management to address any issues promptly.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Assist with other property maintenance duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have your own tools.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous multifamily maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.
