Essential Staffing Solutions (ESS) is seeking dependable Apartment Make Ready Technicians in Lewisville, TX to support top property management companies. Prior multifamily maintenance experience preferred and own tools are required.

This temp-to-hire opportunity offers weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and a path to permanent placement. You'll perform various maintenance tasks, from plumbing and electrical work to painting and carpentry, ensuring units are ready for new residents.

Qualifications

• Must have your own tools.
• Minimum of 1 year of previous multifamily maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to perform basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor.
• Knowledge of the English language.
• Must have valid I.D., reliable transportation, and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of vacant units and identify necessary repairs or improvements.
• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall repair, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance installation.
• Ensure all units are cleaned, functioning, and ready for occupancy by new residents.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team and property management to address any issues promptly.
• Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail in all tasks.
