Job summary

Richfield Real Estate Corporation is seeking a dependable maintenance staff member for Summer Creek Apartments in Houston, TX. The role involves keeping vacant units rent-ready, cleaning office/model areas, and maintaining an excellent exterior appearance for make-ready apartments.

Outdoor duties in varied weather, general upkeep, and other assigned tasks will be required. Safety, cleanliness, and timely completion are emphasized. EOE.

Qualifications

• Substance abuse testing is required as a condition of employment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining all vacant units in rent ready condition
• Responsible for the cleanliness of the office, models (if applicable) and the laundry facilities
• Maintaining an A+ appearance for all make ready apartments upon completion
• Other miscellaneous duties
• Most duties require being outside in very warm or cold temperatures
