Tarantino Properties, Inc. is seeking an Apartment Cleaner / Housekeeper in Houston, TX to maintain cleanliness of resident apartments and common areas within the community.

The role focuses on preparing make-ready units and ensuring spaces such as the clubhouse, restrooms, and guest suites remain pristine. The ideal candidate has related cleaning experience, can operate cleaning equipment, and communicates effectively with supervisors and coworkers.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience or training preferred.
• Knowledge of operating cleaning equipment.
• Good communication with supervisor and coworkers.
• Works well in a team.
• Detail-oriented, time-managed, and adaptable.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Weekend work as assigned by Property Manager.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, clubhouse, offices, restrooms, pet spa and guest suites.
• Prepare make-ready units, cleaning doors, windows, racks, counters, appliances, sinks and fixtures within 3–5 business days.
• Maintain and request supplies to perform duties.
• Perform daily morning inspections and touch-ups of model and leasing tour routes.
• Comply with Fair Housing requirements and laws.
