Job summary

GreenTree Property Management is seeking experienced housekeeping professionals to join our team in San Francisco. The role reports to the Maintenance Manager and supports paint and cleaning operations by performing a combination of cleaning duties in vacant apartments after construction.

This full-time, non-exempt position involves deep cleaning, moving items, and preparing units for leasing. Candidates with basic maintenance awareness and a proactive approach are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 2 years of housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand or walk for six hours or more each day.

Responsibilities

• Fully deep cleans kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms and other areas inside apartments.
• Move appliances, cabinets, furniture and other items to access cleaning areas.
• Remove stains from counters, rugs, drapes, walls and floors using cleaning solutions.
• Dust, wash walls, ceilings and blinds; reach above cabinets; dust and polish fixtures.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, wax and polish floors.
• Assist in cleaning inventory and storage organization.
• Record areas needing maintenance with supervisors and maintenance manager.
• Prepare units for make-readies and move-ins.
