Responsibilities

• Clean apartments after construction to prepare for leasing.
• Deep clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas.
• Move furniture and appliances to access dirty areas.
• Record maintenance and cleaning needs with supervisors.
• Prepare units for make-ready and move-ins.
• Maintain communication with supervisors, technicians, and managers.
