Arbour Commons Apartments in Westminster, Colorado seeks a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. The role involves handling service requests, apartment turns, preventative maintenance, and after-hours support to uphold high resident standards.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience, knowledge of HVAC/plumbing/electrical, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs. EPA certification is preferred. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance or related experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs daily and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Complete daily service requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist with apartment turns including painting, drywall, appliance repair, and general maintenance.
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and common areas.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues.
• Maintain curb appeal and property grounds.
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
• Support property inspections and ensure company standards are met.
• Use maintenance software to document work orders and completed tasks on smartphone daily.
