Qualifications

• 2+ years of apartment maintenance or related experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry.
• EPA Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs daily and have reliable transportation.

• Assist with apartment turns including painting, drywall, appliance repair, and general maintenance.

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues.

• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule for after-hours emergencies.
• Support property inspections and ensure company standards are met.
• Use maintenance software to document work orders and completed tasks on smartphone daily.

Arbour Commons Apartments is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our onsite team in Westminster, Colorado. We are looking for a team member who takes pride in their work, responds with urgency, and helps maintain a high-quality living experience for our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Complete daily service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Assist with apartment turns including painting, drywall, appliance repair, and general maintenance
• Perform preventative maintenance on building systems and common areas
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance issues
• Maintain curb appeal and property grounds

• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
