Job summary

Arbor Gate is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our residential property team. You will respond to service requests, perform repairs, and help prepare vacant units for market readiness.

The role requires hands‑on maintenance across A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems, plus painting and carpentry skills. We value 1–3 years of apartment or general maintenance experience and prefer candidates who can lift heavy loads and participate in on‑call rotations.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of apartment or general maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and complete residential service requests in a timely manner.
• Paint and maintain grounds and perform painting tasks.
• Resolve maintenance issues in areas such as A/C, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair.
• Prepare vacant apartments for market readiness through turn‑over repairs and improvements.
• Maintain grounds and common areas and provide outstanding resident service.
